Arcanauta Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Conduct

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, begin a trial, purchase temporary access or use voice features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, use the Services only for lawful purposes, and not use Arcanauta where tarot readings, symbolic content or similar practices are restricted.

2. Nature of the Service

All spreads, interpretations, daily cards, voice messages, rituals, journals and AI-generated responses are provided solely for entertainment, personal reflection and self-awareness. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, tax or financial advice. You alone are responsible for decisions you make based on the Services.

Do not use Arcanauta for crises, emergencies or situations where an error could harm you or others. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services immediately. 3. Accounts and Temporary Access

Some features require an account and active access. When you purchase a plan, you authorize the payment processor shown at checkout to charge the selected payment method according to the price, currency and frequency disclosed before confirmation.

• Current trial offers, prices, usage limits and benefits are shown on the checkout or pricing page.
• Single Voyage enables one reading through a one-time payment. Arcanauta is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. With PayPal, Circle is an annual subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. With Mercado Pago, Circle enables 365 days through a one-time payment.
• Gift readings are free and expire if not claimed within the stated period. By receiving a gift reading, you agree to receive one access email and, if you have given consent, additional nurture emails from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
• We may limit, suspend or cancel access for non-payment, fraud, abuse, attempts to bypass limits or breach of these Terms.

4. Refunds

You may cancel Arcanauta or Circle from your profile to prevent the next automatic PayPal renewal. You keep access already paid for through the end of the current billing period. Single Voyage and Circle purchased through Mercado Pago do not create future charges. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law or a specific offer shown at payment.

If we publish a guarantee, trial promotion or special refund policy on an offer page or at checkout, that offer governs that specific purchase. In case of doubt, the detail shown at payment controls over general marketing messages.

5. Withdrawal Right and Refunds

In accordance with Chilean Consumer Rights Protection Law No. 19,496, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 10 days after contracting, provided the service has not been effectively used.

• Individual readings: once the reading is generated, the service is considered consumed and the statutory withdrawal right does not apply. This includes reading credits that have been used in full or in part.
• Temporary access: if you have not used access during the purchased period, you may request a refund within 10 days of the charge, in accordance with applicable law.
• Goodwill policy: if your first reading did not resonate with you, write to [email protected] within 48 hours and we will offer another reading at no cost or refund that specific reading. This does not affect your legal rights.

6. Acceptable Use

• You may not copy, extract, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services or their content without authorization.
• You may not interfere with security, automate abuse, bypass limits, reverse engineer, or use Arcanauta to train other models or competing services.
• You may not upload or share unlawful, threatening, violent, infringing content or content that violates third-party rights.

Acceptable Use and Termination

Arcanauta is a space for symbolic introspection. To keep it that way, we may suspend or cancel accounts that:

• System abuse: create multiple accounts to bypass daily limits, automate readings with scripts, or use the service in a way that degrades other users’ experience.
• Fraud or non-payment: fraudulent payment attempts, unjustified chargebacks, or use of payment credentials without authorization.
• Inappropriate content: questions promoting violence, harassment, discrimination, child exploitation, or any unlawful activity under applicable Chilean law.
• Impersonation: pretending to be another person, entity or Arcanauta itself to deceive users or third parties.
• Unauthorized commercial use: reselling, redistributing or sublicensing generated readings as your own, outside the personal use for which they were created.

7. Intellectual Property

Content, interfaces and personalized rituals are owned by Arcanauta or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer any part of the Services without written permission. Deck images are used under the licenses detailed on the Legal & Credits page.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics and AI-model providers, including voice providers. Use of some features may also be subject to those third parties’ terms, policies and practices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, policies or acts outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability, Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, limits, integrations, plans or prices. We may also close or suspend your account if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a security risk or a breach of these Terms.

10. Warranties, Disclaimers and Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or decisions made based on the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law, Changes and Contact

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Chile, in particular Consumer Rights Protection Law No. 19,496. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes; when changes are material, we will post a new update date and, where appropriate, request renewed acceptance.
